Account details not changed after 2 years!!!!!!!!!!

Sold my business in June 2019 already, we went to Telkom in person to do the change of ownership. After a few emails& phonecalls nothing was sorted as yet. The new owner also send them emails to make sure that everything is in order, still no reply. After almos 2 years i received a letter of DEMAND that there is an outstanding account...........Really?????????????????? I have all the emails that was send to Telkom and the specific person that was involved in this whole mess. Can somebody please contact me in connection with this matter?

I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE RECOMMEND TELKOM FOR ANYONE :-(
