Account debited- No tracking number- No delivery!

I really fail to understand how you people can debit a client and not deliver one's device on time. It's been two weeks already and I am still waiting for my device!!! Getting through to your call center is a mission and a half! I'm highly disappointed and frustrated. One of your agents emphasized that I will get my tracking number via sms but nothing!!!!
