Account debited no device received

App**** for a telkom cellphone contract on black friday. Consultant advised over the phone that I will be debited the following monday and device will be delivered two days later. They debited my account with an additional pro rata fee. I waited but no device has been delivered, they haven't even contacted me. I got through to sales after 8 minutes for a consultant Nosiphiwo to tell me they do not have stock and does not know when they will have!can you believe a product is sold without sufficient stock? I sent numerous emails and no one responds
