Account cancelled yet being billed

Good day. Please note that I have cancelled my contract with you and I am now getting billed. I requested for the account to be closed in October and only in December this was done and after getting confirmation on email from Telkom and after paying the final amount I am now getting billed. Can u fix your error urgently as this affects my rating in the bureau
