Account cancelled without reason.

I have a 10meg adsl line with Telkom, a week and half ago my account was cancelled for no reason. When I enquired, I spoke to multiple telkom consultants from billing to technical to sales and no one can help me. To this day i still haven't received any communication from them and I have no idea when my account will be restored.
