Account cancelled August 2018 NOT

Acc no ********** 18!! I cancelled this telephone account in August 2018! I went from being in credit with R600 to Telkom debiting my account every month ! I have about 8 reference numbers and no one is doing what they promise to do!!!!!! When will I ever be free of Telkom !!!!!!!!! Useless is to good a word to explain how I feel about their service !!!!!
