Account blocked without any communication

Tried to make a call at 7pm only to find out that my account has been locked. No notification, no warning. Been waiting for feedback on my interview the entire day mind you. Imagine finding out at 7pm that people couldn't reach you the entire day. I'm so disappointed, so if I hadn't tried to make a call I wouldn't have known that my number does not work
