<p>i signed a contract for 189.00 but i ended up with a bill for R582.the money was deducted and the next debit went but the phone is still blocked.i feel as if ium paying for the services that are not rendered as my line is still blocked after the deduction was made on th e25th.no one is willing to come up with the solution by their call centre .shifti ng the blame is the oreder of the day</p>
