Account Billing - Telkom Bunch of ******

Telkom is the worst network provider in South Africa, all they do is rip people off their money. A few months ago, I received a statement from them, and they said I owe the money. They said I didn't pay for 2 months, I sent them every documentation, to clearly show that their money was debited from my account.

And also recently I kindly asked to put my spend limit to zero, and they told me they did. Only to find out they didn't. I got charged for something I did not want.

And I have noticed that I am not the only 1, clearly, there is something wrong with their systems. It is either they are using old BI systems or they just do not care, they are in the business of ripping people off.
