Account Billing Spike

<p>Good day</p> <p>I only installed the Telkom line. I don't make calls. I can't. So it is just the line I chose to get my internet elsewhere. </p> <p>I pay R191.53 a month. Why would I receive a message that is saying my installment for this month is R2355? </p> <p>There must be a big problem somewhere because I am not paying that for a line rental </p>
