account billing and contract cancellation

<p>i got a call in August about my account and told them to close it and the lady said it will be closed ,never received any cancellation form but to my suprise im now handed over to debt collectors and being told i will be blacklisted.i am no longer in possession of the handset,to what i know its connected to the installation address and i dont even stay there.thats bull****</p>
