Account billed after cancellation 8 months ago!!

I am utterly disgusted in your business practices and how much you care about your customers. It saddens me as people are already struggling as it is, me included!! The company should be ashamed of themselves!! We have followed the correct cancelling procedures in January 2019 and we are still being billed, it is September!!!! 8 months later!!! I will never make use of this service again in my life!

Looks like with all the complaints I don't even have to warn anyone you are throwing away your own customers all by yourself.
