Hello Peter I have a contract with telkom, the pocket wifi router @R105 per month. Contract has ran it's course..... Which I was greatful since I'm unemployed since march 2023. March they reload the data as they alway do, mid March they suspended my account, I've been trying to get hold of someone but it's been unsuccessful. I'm aware I owe them for the month of March since I used the data up till the 15th when the account was suspended. Today I received an sms claiming I owe telkom R539. 03 how is this possible. R99 for data n R6 for the device which I believe belongs to me after 2 years. Yet they still bill me for both the router n data for months I never received. Please help me resolve this problem
