Account *** cancelled in August yet still be invoiced

Dear Telkom

Thank you for reading my mails containing, yet again, my cancellation of your service as well as proof that you indeed owe me money.

Proof was submitted that the services were cancelled on 25 August 2017, September would have been my notice month with invoice ********** 007 paid as last services. Yet, you persist in invoicing me and deducting from my account even after the debit order was cancelled, how did you manage this?

A billing dispute ********** was logged on your website on 3 October 2017, this as yet unattended, probably not their job as the cancellation was never done.

A phone call to your helpdesk on 10 October 2017 confirmed that cancellation has now been effected on my account and that I will no longer receive any further invoices or deductions on my account, or so I was falsely led to believe. Please refer to call notes history on your system for verification of my previous statement (as Dikeledi read it verbatim to me on my recent call).

Two further invoices received of which one was reversed, for which I get penalised and invoiced again, money deducted from my account without my consent as the account is cancelled and finalised not so?

A further call to your helpdesk on 5 December 2017 confirmed that indeed the account is still active and that I owe Telkom money, not the other way around! It could not be resolved as accounts cannot act on it as there is no update from your cancellations department and the cancellations department cannot cancel as there is an outstanding balance albeit in credit! Do your departments not talk to each other is it is just an indication to what depths your incompetence has reached?

When will this be resolved?

Thank you - Peet
