<p>I have being receiving calls from telkom telling me I owe them money for a line which was never activated I never received a Rica SIM card now the account is 7000 what am I paying for if I have never used these services pls can u advice me I am tired of receiving your sms saying I owe u money after asking for statements for a month now. </p>
