Access to three LTE towers but all with pathetic service!

It looks like I'm being throttled or shaped but I'm NOT on an uncapped deal but a normal 50GB capped contract.
Thus, I expect the service I signed up for not the service levels for the one I did not.
If I would have been happy to be throttled/shapped I would have taken an uncapped contract...
Don't throttle me when you are having problems providing a proper service because everybody else around me are on uncapped deals, I'm not!
