acc no *** R6 357.19 Complaint acc was supposed to be closed

acc no *** ifo Gerrnoldt Beukes was cancelled and disconnected last year by account holder but account was never closed by Telkom and accumulated fees. We paid R6 357.19 on the 27/03/2022 yet thee account had not been used and is still not in use neither has it been closed again. So will i get refunded or will I at least find out what made up that huge amount and why the account was not closed since its been cancelled and disconnected?
