Acc handed to attorney meanwhile I don't owe telkom!

Absolutely livid! I keep getting messages that my account has been handed over to attorneys. I do not owe telkom anything! The call center agents say that I don't owe anything but every single day I'm being threatened! This is going to mess up my credit!
