Those looking for a double deal contract phone,don't go for telkom,their service is very poor.

I took a contractor flexon 2gb package ,24 months ending Oct 2024.i called them 12 Oct to cancel as I was advised that's to avoid them to add any services for the following month.

Tha lady I spoke to confirmed that the cancelation was successful to my surprise ,I received the benefits for both phones,when I enquired I was told the person who assisted me didn't cancel it.

The 1st phone was closed (with data) and they did a sim swap,the 2nd one was OK.

I was charged R214.00 for I don't know what and my acc was handed over .theyve deducted full amount on the 13th of Dec. But I keep getting sms's stating that I'm owing .
