Abysmal signal

So for months now my girlfriend cant use her phone at work because of bad signal. Every time telkom gives pathetic excuses. She did a sim swop but still no luck. Telkom notifies her that her data and airtime is finished everytime she gets to work but she has a s**t load of data left. This provider is just as useless as the government. It takes everything in me to not swear right now!!! ***** you telkom!!!!
