ABYSMAL SERVICE: UMHLANGA BUSINESS

Telkom Your service is abysmal. I live in central Umhlanga, where I have two businesses with head office, across the road from Gateway. Visited the Gateway store 14 times in 12 days. I have contacted Andre James now 9 times, sent documents requested, and not once had he called me, emailed me (bar once, when I had to call him to remind him to send an information pack),

The WORST service I have ever received, and Andre James is without a doubt the most ***********, lazy, or downright rude business representative I have ever encountered.
