Abysmal service at Telkom 081180

I requested a refund from Telkom a month ago because I had paid my account t and a debit order had been processed the following day, to date i have not received my funds and where I just called Telkom they say that this is not referring after speaking to 4 consultants and them confirming it reflects. I sent all the supporting documents on 3 occasions to ***, ***, *** but with no feedback from Telkom on my case and no refund. I AM HIGHLY ANNOYED AND AT TJIS POINT WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH TELKOM. @Serame Taukobong youre a great leader but your contact centers are doing a pathetic job at proving needed services and resolving everday issues.
