Abysmal internet speeds for 2 weeks

I live in the Pinelands/Thornton area and for the last 2 weeks have suffered internet speeds so slow that I can't access e-mails, Facebook or even get onto to the Telkom website to issue a complaint.<br> <br> My ISP is Afrihost and when I spoke to them previously they told me that the issue was that Telkom's exchange for the area is clogged and that Telkom would know about the problem. Clearly they've done little to solve it for the last two weeks.<br> <br> I'd use their call center to issue a complaint, but many times in the past I've waited upwards of an hour just to speak to someone who knows so who knows next to nothing about how to solve my problem.
