Abysmal customer care

Telkom customer care line has got to be the worst line ever. I've been holding to speak to a consultant for 2 hours now. I have a query on my account. Absolutely appalling that nobody is able to assist and being sent from pillar to post. Come on Telkom. Do better!!!
