Abusive service

The worst experience and bad decision I have ever made by choosing Telkom. My account was suspended saying I missed a payment for which I have been complaining for number of times to Telkom that they are not debitig my account now when I call the call center I being told the supervisor are on leave I will need to wait for 14 days for my account to be unlocked.
