Abusive one sided relationship with Telkom

I've never seen or experienced such an abusive network provider. A consultant made an error while processing my contract, now my services have been suspended because I refuse to pay for the mistake that was made by their consultant. I have calls that I am waiting to receive that will change my life and that of my family. I'm sitting in the branch frustrated. I'm losing time sitting here waiting for this issue to be resolved. I want to cancel my contact but they "cannot" do it in store. They expect me to do it online but I don't have access on my phone. Why am I suffering for an error that was made by the network provider and not myself.
