Abusive, angry, ***********, rude, insensitive, ****** nincom****s

They are the most unco-operative, insensitive company and especially the Westwood branch who employs bullies as managers. They abuse, insult, swear and kick out pensioners who are they loyal clients. NO ONE has contacted me regarding the abuse and just want to sweep it under the carpet !!!!
