Abusing power and hiding behind the back office

On 24 June 2015 I app**** for a contract with 5 devices and was approved on 26 June 2015. The store did not have devices and I had to wait. I specifically asked for a dual sim device which was hard to get. I then ported one of the numbers to a competitor where I got a high end dual sim phone. Telkom delayed my porting from 27 to 30 June 2015. Now I am told my application has been suspended as I have arrears of R37,000. I called billing department and they provided my clean statement. I drew my credit report from transunion which is also showing that I have no record of arrears. I also paid my Telkom balance. All in all, I have a clean credit record and good earnings to support my application. I supp**** all the proofs to Telkom. Now, someone in the back office is being *******. I need answers as to why this person does not revert to Mapule as I harass her to conclude the transaction. S/he must supply me with proof of the outstanding arrears as I have already provided evidence of clean credit profile. Please don't waist my time any further. May I acknowledge Mapule for her professionalism and regular updates. Can the powers that be intervene? I want answers.
