Abused staff at telkom

Dear telkom staff, I am so sorry that telkom treats you the way they do, and I think that you must be incredibly brave to deal with all telkoms unsatisfied customers every day. I woke up this morning angry with telkom, but then I thought about all their poor abused staff and how terrible it must be to work for a company like that. So I would like to apologies if I was ever short with you. The problem isn't with you, it is with the company that you work for, who have been bullying South Africa and their their staff for years with no consequences. Do they at least pay you a good salary for the abuse that you have to suffer through every day? Somebody needs to stand up and say something before it is too late, so I urge you to insist on proper training and systems. I urge you to stand together and fight for your rights as employees. Telkom will probably remove this message, but I will continue to post and share this message until something is done. Wishing you strenghth and solidarity.
