Abused customer by Telkom

Good day

To whom it may concern :

I am Bongani Radebe and I have a problem and not satisfied with the service I get from the Telkom call center agents.

My line is being suspended for a few weeks and the cause to that problem was because of the Agent who provided me with wrong information and everytime I Call they are rude and drop calls on me.

I have made a payment to them , but still my account is suspended and no one is willing to assist me , please assist me with them as I have no option but you.
