Abused by telkom

Morning hellopeter, its the third time now, writting in this platform about my abuse from telkom still no solution. Every time i write here they send sms stating they will come, till today they never call me.

They still sending me accumulating bill, they said when i phone them the phone was collected whilr phone lying in my cupboard never been used and is paid up. They really frustrate me.
