Abuse!! To hell with telkom!

Sold a sim only contract in an area where telkom have neither coverage nor roaming partners. Was charged penalties that were not communicated prior to the agreement for non payment of premiums, although they were not supplying any services whatsoever.

Refferes the matter to ICASA, who ruled against telkom but didn’t sanction. Apparently both organizations sleep on the same bed and icasa only acts against telkom competitors. Was expecting a refund of all collections by telkom but instead they handed me over to debt collectors, like really?
