Abuse by telkom!!!!

ABUSE BY TELKOM.

I have now contacted telkom and cancelled my line, with a reference and message informing me the cancellation was a success, they have continued to charge me month to month and the bill keeps increasing. I have not account them nor a landline anymore so when I call in to cancel they cannot help! But still I get billed??

I have experienced anxiety, stress over credit scores and loss of income spe ing time dealing with it...this is taking the consumer act for a ride and I feel telkoms administration is the same or even worse that it's ever been.

I have evidence of all communication and am willing to now get legal representation and theres nothing left got me to do, I have been cornered by this *********** company!

Every department cant help or passing me on to another useless department!
