Abuse and **************** from Telkom.

<p>I!have been so ****** and abused by Telkom so much for over a year now. I took up a data contract with Telkom for 24 months which i never benefited from as every time i attempted to use it would say data depleted n I decided to go back to the shop in boulders and the Indian lady i found there told me i couldn’t cancel the account course they would be charges against me. I then had to wait for the contract to finish without using the sim card and it was even lost. The next thing I realized that Telkom no longer debit R299 as per fixed contract, they started debiting R899 and i realized that after couple of months. I went again and called in furious and demanded that they cancel this and start paying my money back as i failed to understand why the amount was increased. Telkom was not bothered but continue to debit me, i would call n get promises to get this sorted but till today even after long my contract ended Telkom continues to debit my account i ended up reversing the amount back to my account. They send me to the debts collectors and now my account is been collected by Telkom and they Debts collectors Nudebt each now deducting R1196 and they refuse to solve this. I’m getting threats and being harassed by Nudebt, that they are sending me a garnish order n my name is now messed up in credit bureau, cause they believe i owe Telkom while Telkom owes me and continue to forcefully take money from me after the contract was long finished.</p> <p>I’m suffering a big emotional abuse, Harassment and deformation of Character through this whole ordeal. My work is compromised as I have to stay in calls the whole time in trying to resolve this nonsense. Having to deal with so much incompetency from Telkom call center for years. Nudebt gave me 12hours to resolved this. What do i do? </p>
