Absolutely Zero Service Going on Two Months

<p>I have a telkom ADSL line, had it for over a year and I've had it move with me too. But in january the line went dark and hasn't come back since. I've gone through my ISP, Afrihost, and they seem to be doing everything possible to get it fixed - I've really had no problems with them at all - but Telkom refuse to do anything. They've sent technicians twice, both have told me the same thing, that the fault is with the physical line and it needs to be fixed/replaced. After that they do nothing at all. I intend to cancel my line as this service is completely pathetic. Good job Telkom.</p>
