Absolutely ZERO RESPECT total unprofessional

Unsure why 1) I'm receiving an automated phone-call threatening about my service getting cutoff because of non-payment 2) to my knowledge my account was up-to-date 3) I have always been a loyal customer 4) I have always paid my account before the due date 5) A few months ago I was promised discount for interrupted service - I have NEVER received any discounts
