Absolutely Useless Telkom

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Telkom.

In September 2015 I moved residence and app**** to have the landline and ADSL moved to my new adress, however the complex I moved into was not provisioned for Telkom lines so I cancelled the line and ADSL - this was done in store. Skip ahead a few months (approx June 2016) and I start receiving legal threats from Telkom regarding the above mentioned account for non payment. And this is where the fun back and forth with Telkom starts...

Telkom says the account was never cancelled, yet I cancelled it IN a Telkom store!! After a lot of back and forth and getting nowhere I decided to pay the outstanding fees as well as a cancellation fee (which is ****** rediculous as it was Telkom's fault). So flash forward a few months(approxamitely September/october 2016) I receive an account stating that I am now in credit and therefore Telkom has to refund me, yet no one from Telkom contacts me in order to get my details so the refund can be done. Eventually in December 2016 I go to a Telkom store and request a Call me back, so I can talk to someone regarding the refund. Nothing happened. So in January 2017 I go back to the same store and request another Call me back. Eventually someone contacts me and asks me to send proof of banking details and copy of ID. On 31 January 2017 the necessary documentation was sent to your agent with the email adress ********** The ref number for the dispute for refund is ********** 9. Never heard from either this woman or Telkom again regarding this issue. Eventually in March and April 2017 I went back to the Telkom store to get someone to call me back. I even turned to Twitter in order to try and get somewhere regarding this issue. So eventually I receive a direct message on Twitter where they tell me that Rudzani from credit management is handling the query and I should contact her at ********** . (Incedentally this is also the same name etc I got from the agent i spoke to at the call centre). So I try to phone that number and NOTHING!!!! The number doesn't work, it doesn't even ring, it just says "Call Failed". So now I ask of you, how the hell do you want me to contact this person? Instead I ask them to contact me, and guess what? NOTHING HAPPENS!!! Same reference number from January 2 ********** 1849 as well a new reference number of ********** 0 was given. The message also stated that I need to send bank statements and proof of ID again! What do you need bank statements for? What goes on in my bank account has got nothing to do with you, legally, all you need is a document from the bank which gives you the proof and all the info you need to prove my banking details, which I submitted in January 2017 already. What more do you want me to do? I have done everything on my part to get this sorted, yet it seems as though you could give a flying **** in space about refunding me the money YOU OWE ME!!! Also, send it to whom? No email adress was given, and why do I have to send it again if you should have it, as it was sent in January already?? We are now in May 2017, and I have recieved nothing from you, no comminication, NOTHING. I expect you to resolve this issue and do it immediately, I dont want to hear, "we are sorry for your inconvenience and we are working on/handling the matter". That excuse gets old pretty quickly and its also the same excuse I've been getting from you guys since the beginning. I want action from your side and I want it NOW!! It seems the only time Telkom is quick at reacting is when they get to make a buck or two, but when it comes to paying back the money, you drag your feet and do absolutely nothing about it.

I am sick and tired of asking nicely for you to resolve this issue, its been almost a year since I received the account stating that you owe me money and its been seven months of back and forth with you guys and yet nothing is being resolved!!!!
