ABSOLUTELY USELESS SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I actually don't want to give them any starts because they are useless... if that is even the CORRECT word to describe them.

We have be reporting a problem with Telkom since last year when they delivered our new land line. They added on my telkom account internet which since day one i have never used, i phoned them spoke to them asked to take it off and credit the account. Yet i received a phone call yesterday informing me that they will be suspending my land line due to the internet not being paid. My reference number: ***7 they informed me in August that they will credit the account and make sure that they take off the internet. They add things on my account without me knowing about it or signing any documents for it. I DO NOT HAVE A WIFI ROUTER AT AL! What do the useless people not understand.

This issue has a negative influence on my business. Due to them not doing there job properly.

I expect a phone call from Telkom and a explanation why they have not done as they informed me.

They can trace my reference number, they will get my contact details.
