Absolutely useless network

Is there an option of a negative star? This is the WORST cell phone network. And is absolutely TERRIBLE! The staff are incredibly rude, unhelpful and ***********. The team leader are even worse they just don’t call customers back. They bill you for things you have not used, make up random amounts. And from what I can see they don’t even respond to reviews, evidence that their customer service is that terrible. The ombudsman needs to look into how terrible and disgusting the service is.
