Absolutely useless don't care

If you are ever considering Telkom for Data, a BIG NO, NO please don't be stupid. It is now 59 days without a working router, and 43 days since my last reference number, calling them every second or third day for feedback with the same reply, they are working on it. Stuck with a 2 year contract with no where to go and no resolution besides frustration. I told them I will stop my debit order, I was told I will simply be in arrears and blacklisted, so this option also does not exist. I don't even rate them at minus 10 they are so useless, probably the worst, no definite the worse service in my life!!! Wake up Telkom
