Absolutely useless Customer service and Network Services

<p>So i finally had a technician to come to my property to conduct tests and it was proven that the services provided were absolutely *******, he contacted the gentleman handling the case with reference no: ********** from my property explaining hs findings and sifiso from ATIO told me that the report was sent immediately and that was on Tuesday the 18-04-2017 at aroun 17:30 pm. </p> <p>I was told that i will be contacted by telkom but again its been almost a week and no feedback or communication on how you guys propose to resolve the issue.</p> <p>I am honestly disgusted with the services provided by telkom as well your customer care, i recommend that if you Telkom cannot provide me with positive solution to my problem , you cancel my contracts with immediate effect as it is pointless paying for services not received. </p> <p>Consumers reading my post should be very cautious when dealing with Telkom.</p>
