absolutely useless and slow response to fix major problems

<p>its been alomost 3 WEEKS since the cell tower in our area has stopped working, as a result reception has been terrible and accessing the internet using a cell phone has been impossible .</p> <p>i contacted telkom 2 days after the tower went down (3rd october ) , only to be told that they have lodged a complaint with the technitians .</p> <p> after a week of no feedback or improvement with the situation i decided to complain to their facebook , here was told the same thing that they have lodged a complaint and was given a case number ********** 2. and was told they will contact me . they havent contacted me yet and that was a week ago</p> <p>i am sick and tired of this useless service and if it were possible i would leave telkom immediately </p> <p>multiple other people in my area have also laid complaints but nothing has been done </p> <p>we know its the area because as soon as we leave the area , the reception becomes better and accessing the internet has returned to its normal speed . the tower looks burnt like it has been struck by lightning , the lights on it are always off </p> <p>i live quite close to the tower and i havent seen or heard of anyone coming to check on the tower or explain why our service is so bad . </p> <p>i dont want to pay so much of money for services that are non existent at the moment </p> <p> i will re post this everyday untill it gets fixed </p>
