Absolutely Useless
<p>On Tuesday 25 July 2017 I went to the Telkom branch in Westgate Mall to open a new cellphone contract. I was advised that they were out of stock of the phone I wanted and said that they would be ordering it for me and that it would be there within that same week. When I went to the branch on Monday after neumerous failed attempts when trying to call their lnd line number ince Friday 28 July 2017 I discovered that the Westgate Branch was closed due to renovations and that would only be opening again in September 2017. I have requested assistance from the call centre neumerous times and no one can tell me whatI need to do to get my phone. Please can I get some assistance!!!!!</p>
