Absolutely useless!

Worst service ever experience with any service provider. Been trying to move my line to my new address for a month now. Its been escalated, I phoned and follow daily and they just never get back to me and still don't have any answers for me. I am sick of their poor service! I would not recommend them to anyone. When I phone the first time to move my line, they immediately stopped it at my old address, without even confirming when I move. So I was without internet for 2 weeks and now a month later still no internet. Me and my wife work from home and has spend more the R4k on data alone while we wait to hear when they will come and install our new line!! Absolutely useless!
