Absolutely Useless!!!
I ordered an LTE deal over a month ago, The money has come off my account but I still haven't received delivery of the router (I got an sms a week ago to say the order is in van to be delivered but still nothing has come)....but what is really irritating is that I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE AT TELKOM TO TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!<br> <br> IF YOU CANT HELP ME WHEN IM A NEW CUSTOMER BUYING INTO A 24 MONTH CONTRACT HOW ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME ANY AFTER SALES SERVICE???<br> <br> WORST IS I CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE TO CANCEL!!!! NO-ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE....36MIN on Friday waiting for someone to answer, 22 minutes yesterday, and so far 6 minutes today!!!<br> <br> Please call me I want to cancel<br>
