Absolutely upset

I am very upset with Telkom. Firstly my fibre contract is R299pm. I opted for debit order but not once did Telkom debit my account. I have had the internet for 3 months now. The first month i eftd R299, eecond month R140 amd third month R297. To my knowledge i owe them R161. Hpwever i suddenly get a letter pf demand. My fibre is cut and my balance shows R740. I camt cpntact any email as it returms unsent. I cnt reach telkom. Im dam upet 2 say tge least
