ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM TELKOM MOBILE

I called a numerous amount of times to get assistance on a case, Each person tells me i need to wait 72 hours. Its been over 2 weeks that I'm waiting for my issue to be resolved. THIS IS SUCH A USELES NETWORK WITH USELESS CONSULTANTS!!!!!

When its time for Telkom to debit me, thats not a problem for them, but my device isn't working and they doing ****!!!
