Absolutely shocking service - Telkom Carnival Mall

Telkom should really relook at the way they select people to work in their stores. i have been to Telkom at Carnival Mall 3 times to renew my contract and they have been the most unhelpful bunch i have ever experienced. I then called in to find out if stock had arrived of the stock i was looking for because the one agent said it would be arriving this week and some lady, who was so rude over the phone had the audacity to tell me "Well we don't decide what stock is sent to us now do we". With customer service like this, don't be surprised if you are losing customers
