Absolutely Shocking Service

I couldn't give a zero rating but trust me it's a negative rating all right.. We purchased a mini router on contract, was not sent the Sim. They then told us that it's too expensive to send us a Sim alone so we must buy one, phone them and do a Sim swop which takes 24hours to activate. 4 days later, hundreds of calls to them, being pushed from one person to another and still no active Sim.. Telkom you really are the worst service provider and I'm not the only one who feels that way
