Absolutely ******* service

I have called this entity numerous times to enquire about my number that some idiot decided to close for no good reason and Telkom also didn't investigate as to whom is closing the number and if it is the person it is Rica'd to.

I have all the necessary information and i need my number back but all you hear is about the mysterious people in the back office who will take 72 working hours to get back to you otherwise no one knows what is going on.

For such a huge company this kind of treatment is rather unacceptable and for it to take 6 to 9 days for anyone to give you an answer is pathetic in the meantime my life must stand still because i don't use other service providers like Cell C which i'm considering switching to i'd rather put up with their poor reception than have a *********** person close my number and a service provider that is clueless.
